On the evening of 3rd January, marking World Braille Day and the birth anniversary of Louis Braille, the Rotary Club of Silchar proudly felicitated two visually impaired Divyangjan who have demonstrated exceptional qualities and talents. The program was enriched by the presence of Mr. Mithun Roy, Secretary General of Saksham Assam, who delivered the keynote address and spent the evening with the dedicated Karyakartas of SAKSHAM NGO, an organization committed to the welfare of differently abled persons. The event was further graced by a melodious musical performance by Divyang (visually impaired) artist Rudrani, whose soulful singing touched every heart present. An evening filled with inspiration, inclusion, and celebration of ability beyond limitations. ✨
