The Rotary Club of Silchar successfully organized “SNEHABANDHAN (স্নেহবন্ধন) – District Seminar on Maternal & Child Health” under RID 3240 at Cachar Club, Silchar, in association with the Indian Academy of Pediatrics Barak Valley Chapter, Indian Medical Association Cachar Branch, and Silchar Obstetric and Gynaecological Society. The seminar was attended by over 180 delegates, including healthcare professionals, Rotarians, academicians, policymakers, and community leaders. Distinguished Rotary leaders, including the District Governor, Past District Governors, and Assistant Governors, graced the occasion. The program featured scientific sessions on maternal and child health, a debate competition, quiz competition, Best MCH Project Showcase, Best MCH Slogan Competition, and cultural performances.
