The Rotary Club of Silchar successfully organized the Little Star Carnival (Baby Show) as part of “SNEHABANDHAN (স্নেহবন্ধন) – District Seminar on Maternal & Child Health” under RID 3240. The event celebrated child health, nutrition, and overall development through a fun-filled and engaging platform for infants and young children.
